What the check returns
Visibility score
The share of answers that cite or mention you, overall and per engine.
Prompt-by-prompt matrix
Cited, mentioned or absent, for each prompt and each assistant.
Who gets recommended
The brands the assistants name most often, and where you stand among them.
Most-cited sources
The sites the assistants lean on for your category, ranked.
The prompts it asks
The free check uses the first 5 prompts from our buyer-intent library, filled with your category. For a software product in English they are:
- What is the best <category> for a mid-size company?
- What are the top <category> tools right now?
- What are the best alternatives to the market leader in <category>?
- How do I choose a <category> vendor? Which ones should I shortlist?
- Which <category> gives the best value for money for a growing team?
Services businesses and Spanish-speaking markets get their own libraries. The paid plans run the full 25 prompts every week. How answers are collected and scored is on the methodology page.
Questions
Is the checker free?
Yes. The free check runs 5 buyer-intent prompts across ChatGPT and Gemini once a month. You need an account so we can save your results.
Why do I need to enter a category?
Buyers don't ask about your brand; they ask about the category ("best CRM for a mid-size team"). The category fills in the prompts so the check measures what buyers actually see.
How long does it take?
Results fill in as each assistant responds, typically within a couple of minutes.
What if my score is zero?
That's common for younger brands and is useful to know. The list of brands the assistants recommend and the most-cited sources show who wins your category and which pages the assistants trust, which is where to focus first.
