1. Who provides the service
Citalia.ai is operated by Jorge Archivaldo Villa Aceves, an individual based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. You can write to us at hola@archilogic.mx.

2. What Citalia.ai is
Citalia.ai asks AI assistants questions, records the brands and pages they mention, and shows you whether your brand appears, along with an audit of your public website and a checklist of fixes. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Only register websites that you own or are authorized to analyze.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
- There is a free preview and monthly paid plans (Pro and Premium), at the prices shown on the pricing page, in US dollars.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or we decide to make an exception in a specific case. If you have a problem with a charge, write to hola@archilogic.mx and we will look into it.
- We may change prices or features; we will give notice before a price change affects your next charge.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or to analyze websites without authorization.
- Get around your plan’s limits or automate access in an abusive way.
- Resell the service or its results as your own product.
- Try to access other accounts’ data or interfere with how the service works.
We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Results are informational
AI assistants’ answers change from one query to the next and can vary by model, location and personalization. Citalia.ai results are an informational sample; we do not guarantee that they represent everything users see, or that following a recommendation will improve your ranking or sales.
Citalia.ai is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or xAI. We depend on their services, which can change or fail.
7. Content and intellectual property
Your brand data remains yours. You authorize us to process it to provide the service. Citalia.ai, its design and its code belong to its owner; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and its results in your business.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change it, interrupt it or remove features.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue or opportunities. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you when we can.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date; if you keep using the service afterwards, you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
